The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, gelato, and pharmacy. Wonderful breakfast buffet with hot and cold items. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Relocated us quickly when AC wasn't working. Helpful with tour information and directions. Prompt taxi service when needed. Cozy and clean rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at a recently renovated hotel in the center of Rome. The location in the Prati neighborhood was surprisingly calm, yet we had easy access to all the attractions. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of delicious options. we were impressed with the facilities and the convenient location of the hotel.
That the walls were quite thin, and we could occasionally hear noise from other guests.

Great location! Just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, a rarity in this city. And the breakfast was fantastic, a great way to start the day.
Some issues with maintenance. The mattress was quite hard and the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively.

We loved staying at this hotel! It exceeded our expectations and provided us with great value for money. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet residential area, and it provided great views of the surrounding area. I had a wonderful stay at Nh Collection Roma Centro. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and main landmarks. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast spread was standard, although there could have been more vegetarian options. The room itself was modern and comfortable. I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the pillows, as one was too low and two were too high, but overall, my experience was good.
